OUR STORY
Soledilcase S.r.l. and Solero Dante Costruzioni Edili S.a.S. today represent a modern, efficient and reliable company, deeply rooted in a family entrepreneurial tradition that began in 1966, when surveyor Dante Solero founded the construction company Impresa di Costruzioni Edili Solero Dante.
Founded as a family-run business and initially specialized in residential civil construction, during the 1970s the company progressively expanded its scope of work to include private buildings, renovations and maintenance, relying on increasingly qualified staff and collaborators.
The 1980s marked a phase of consolidation and growth, during which the company strengthened its presence in the Basso Canavese area and in the Turin region, contributing to local development through the completion of numerous residential, civil, industrial and commercial projects.
In the 1990s, with the entry of Roberto Solero into administrative and organizational management after his university studies, the company further enhanced its technical, production and management capabilities. The experience gained in the trade was progressively supported by a more structured organization and updated construction techniques, creating the conditions for a new phase of development.
In 2002, an important recognition crowned the path taken: the Turin Chamber of Commerce awarded the company the “Loyalty to Work and Economic Progress” prize, acknowledging the continuity, integrity and value of the work carried out.
In 2003 Soledilcase S.r.l. was founded, a company dedicated to the development and direct sale of the residential buildings constructed by the group. In the same period, the original company took on the form of Solero Dante Costruzioni Edili S.a.S., evolving into a more solid and modern structure, capable of integrating construction, organization and real estate marketing.
In 2019, with Matteo Solero becoming involved in the company, the path towards the fourth generation began to take shape. This transition confirms the family’s commitment to preserving the wealth of knowledge built up over time, while continuing to innovate and look to the future.
Experience and organization
Today Soledilcase S.r.l. and Solero Dante Costruzioni Edili S.a.S. operate in the direct construction of residential properties intended for sale, as well as in the execution of contracted works and projects for private clients. The activities include civil, industrial and commercial construction, as well as renovations and maintenance.
Each project is followed through its various stages, from design to delivery, with the aim of offering functional, safe and long-lasting solutions. Collaboration with craftsmen of proven experience, qualified companies and specialized professionals makes it possible to handle even the most complex projects, while maintaining high construction and organizational standards.
Surveyors, architects and craftsmen oversee technical development and site management, while qualified professionals support administrative and accounting activities. All work is carried out in compliance with applicable prevention and safety regulations, with particular attention to the proper organization of work environments and the conformity of all interventions.
The companies also have vehicles, machinery and equipment for carrying out small and medium-sized works, supported by technical and IT tools for the measurement, control and management of operations.
